Join us every Friday at 8:00 PM for a calming sound journey led by Anna, an IMPH Certified Sound Healing Practitioner.

Surrounded by the sound of the ocean, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state while experiencing the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. This session is designed to help you slow down, release the stresses of the week and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you’re completely new to sound healing or already love it, everyone is welcome. Simply come as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself an hour to switch off. 🤍

📍 Location Instructions

Get a taxi or if driving set your maps to deep cafe Jumeirah (it is closed but it is the nearest thing on maps next to the beach the event will be on)

If your driving you can park in the RTA parking right next to the event then look out for the candles and bowls on the beach
