Return & Refund Policy – Manifest Dubai

At Manifest Dubai, we aim to provide transformative and meaningful event experiences. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds on event bookings. However, we understand that plans can change, so we do allow ticket transfers under the conditions outlined below.

 

Event Cancellation & Ticket Transfers

If you’re unable to attend an event you’ve booked, you can transfer your ticket to a future session or gift it to a friend.

To request a transfer:

  • You must notify us before the scheduled event.

  • Transfers are subject to availability and must be to an event of equal value.

  • To arrange a transfer, please DM us on Instagram @manifest_dxb with your booking details.

 

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the event and have not contacted us in advance to transfer your ticket, the booking is considered forfeited and is non-refundable.

 

Event Changes or Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a class (due to weather, minimum attendance not being met, or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be fully refunded.
