Surrounded by immersive lights, calming sounds and captivating digital art, you’ll be guided through a gentle yoga flow designed to release tension, reconnect with your body and bring you fully into the present moment.

We’ll then move into a powerful manifestation practice, helping you gain clarity on your intentions, connect with your future self and visualise the life you’re ready to create. The morning will finish with a deeply relaxing sound-healing experience using crystal singing bowls, allowing the vibrations to calm your nervous system and leave you feeling balanced, inspired and renewed.
