Join us for a very special morning of movement, mindfulness and manifestation inside the incredible immersive surroundings of ARTE Museum, Dubai Mall.

For two hours, we’ll escape the outside world and reset through a combination of yoga, guided meditation, manifestation and sound healing, surrounded by ARTE Museum’s breathtaking visuals, calming sounds and sensory displays.

We’ll begin with an uplifting yoga flow to move the body and connect with the breath, before slowing things down with meditation and manifestation practices designed to help you reconnect with yourself, your goals and the energy you want to step into. We’ll then finish with a deeply relaxing sound healing experience, allowing you to completely switch off and soak up the immersive surroundings.
