Introducing our NEW Candlelit HOT Pilates every Sunday evening 🔥🕯️✨

Finish your week feeling stronger, lighter and completely reset with a Pilates flow on the beach, hosted by our qualified Pilates instructor.

We’ll take you through a full-body Pilates session designed to strengthen, tone and challenge you, while still giving you that end-of-week moment to switch off and de-stress. Expect a feel-good flow, candlelit setting, sea air and the sound of the waves as the sun goes down. 🤍

📍 LOCATION INSTRUCTIONS

The session will be hosted on Jumeirah Beach at the canal end, at the Kite Beach starting point on the beach next to it.

For Maps, please search Deep Cafe Jumeirah. The cafe itself is currently closed, but this will take you directly to the correct beach location.

🚗 Driving: Drive to Deep Cafe Jumeirah and park in the car park just outside the beach.
🚕 Taxi/Careem: Use Deep Cafe Jumeirah as your drop-off location, then walk straight onto the beach.

Please bring your Pilates/yoga mat (or rent one from us), water and a towel.

Come alone or bring a friend — all levels are welcome. 🤍✨
