l attended yoga class today. I really loved the manner of instructor of showing poses, she was very attentive to every student. After yoga we did guided meditation and she gave us manifesting cards, that was super sweet. Thank you so much :)) I will definitely come next week!

Manifest was one of those unexpected, life-changing experiences. After a difficult few weeks, I came across a Manifest video on TikTok and decided to attend an Inner Child Healing session. I didn't realise how much I needed it until I was there. The session, led by Faith, was absolutely incredible-she held the space with such care, insight, and compassion. It moved me deeply and helped me confront emotions l'd been carrying for some time. On top of that, l've been fortunate to meet some wonderful, like-minded people who are in a similar place in their lives. Truly grateful for the experience.10/10 would recommend!

I've never felt so at home & comfortable. You are literally promised to meet likeminded people & knowing you are all there for the same reasons makes it so much easier walking into. I left feeling so much lighter and honestly really proud of myself too.Time is so valuable and this was such a good way to spend it!!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone I know
